No. The A1 course is designed for absolute beginners with no prior knowledge of Spanish. We start from the alphabet, pronunciation, and basic greetings.

If you believe you have equivalent knowledge, we offer a placement assessment to determine your level. However, our sequential curriculum is designed so that each level builds on the previous one for optimal learning outcomes.

DELE (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera) is an internationally recognized certification issued by Instituto Cervantes on behalf of Spain's Ministry of Education. SIELE (Servicio Internacional de Evaluación de la Lengua Española) is a digital certification backed by Instituto Cervantes, UNAM, Universidad de Salamanca, and UBA. DELE certifies a fixed level (A1, A2, B1, etc.), while SIELE gives a score across all levels.

You can enroll by visiting our Courses page, selecting a program, and completing the online enrollment form. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). After payment confirmation, you receive access to the learning platform.

Our platform is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works in your browser and can be installed on your phone or desktop. You access video lessons, interactive exercises, quizzes, and practice materials through sequential modules that unlock as you progress.

Content is unlocked progressively based on your verified completion of prerequisite modules. This ensures you build a solid foundation before advancing to more complex topics. Each module has a structured sequence — you must complete Module 1 before Module 2 becomes available.

For security and course integrity, each student is allowed one registered learning device at a time. If you need to change your device (e.g., switching from a laptop to a tablet), you can submit a device change request through the platform, and our team will review it promptly.

Device registration helps protect course content and ensures a fair learning experience for all students. It prevents unauthorized sharing of course access and maintains the value of your certification.

If your device identity is lost due to a browser data reset, you will need to re-register your device and request approval. Our admin team processes these requests quickly to minimize any disruption to your learning.

Offline classes are held at our campus in HiLITE Business Park, 6th Floor, Thondayad Bypass, Kozhikode, Kerala 673014. The campus is well-connected and easily accessible.

Yes. Our hybrid model allows online students to join the same live sessions as offline students. You receive the same instruction, materials, and assessments regardless of your mode of attendance.

Yes. Upon successful completion of all modules and passing the final assessment, you receive a verified completion certificate from Faizoin Spanish Academy.

No. Our completion certificate attests to your successful course completion at a specific CEFR level. DELE is an independent international examination administered by Instituto Cervantes. Our DELE Coaching course specifically prepares you to take and pass the official DELE exam.

Assessments include module quizzes, listening comprehension tests, speaking evaluations, and a final comprehensive exam. All assessments are conducted through our secure learning platform with verified completion tracking.
