1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Faizoin Spanish Academy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and users of the platform.

2. Service Description

Faizoin Spanish Academy provides online and offline Spanish language courses, including CEFR-aligned curriculum, DELE exam coaching, and professional language training. The Service includes a web-based learning platform (Progressive Web App), video lessons, interactive exercises, quizzes, and progress tracking.

3. User Accounts

To access course content, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow multiple individuals to access courses through a single enrollment.

4. Device Registration Policy

Each student is permitted one registered learning device at a time. This policy protects course content integrity and ensures a fair learning experience. If you need to change your device, you may submit a device change request through the platform. Device change requests are reviewed and processed by our administration team.

Attempting to circumvent device registration, share device credentials, or use unauthorized methods to access course content constitutes a violation of these terms.

5. Course Access & Sequential Delivery

Course content is delivered sequentially (drip-feed). Modules unlock based on verified completion of prerequisite activities. Completion is verified through our learning management system. You may not skip modules or attempt to access locked content through unauthorized means.

6. Payments & Refunds

Course fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through Razorpay. All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including video lessons, presentations, exercises, quizzes, and supplementary content, are the intellectual property of Faizoin Spanish Academy Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or share any course materials without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share your account or device access with others; (b) record, download, or redistribute course content; (c) attempt to bypass device registration or content restrictions; (d) use automated tools or scripts to access the platform; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or compromises its security.

9. Termination

Faizoin Spanish Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice or refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Faizoin Spanish Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.
